APDA Virginia Parkinson's Conference

American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Virginia Parkinson's Conference will be on Saturday, March 2, 2024, from 9 am until 3:30 pm at the College of Education at William & Mary.   Keynote speaker will be Briana De Miranda, PhD, University of Alabama at Birmingham, Al, APDA Research Grant Award Recipient 2023-2024. 

Topics include The role of environmental exposures in Parkinson's development and progression; Embracing Early Levodopa for Parkinson's; Resilience in Parkinson's Disease; Helpful home modifications for Parkinson's; Supporting the gut brain connection with a healthy diet; Advanced research and clinical trials VCU research.
