Who We Are
Seton Manor offers Independent Living apartments for individuals age 62 and older with low income or those applying for an apartment specifically constructed to be accessible to people with physical disabilities.
Seton Manor is an elevator-equipped retirement community offering one bedroom apartments with full kitchens. Emergency Staff response service is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. A large community room and kitchen are available for group events. Other amenities include a large laundry room, resident library, a secured building, a large outdoor gardening area, and a gazebo sitting area.
A resident must have adjusted income that does not exceed federally established income limits for the Hampton Roads area. The amount paid for rent, including a utility allowance, will not exceed 30% of an eligible resident's adjusted income
