Who We Are
Nursefinders is a home health agency that provides nurses, home health aides, companions, therapists, travel nurses and more in the privacy and comfort of a patient's home. Skilled registered nurses (RNs), licensed practical nurses (LPNs) licensed vocational nurses (LVNs) provide medical services, health education and medical assessments. Skilled home care nursing shortens hospital stays and lets patients convalesce in a comfortable, familiar environment. Skilled nursing services include:
- Injections, intravenous & infusion therapy
- Medication assessments and management
- Diagnosis of illness and treatment of disease
- Operation of home medical equipment
- Analysis of lab tests and X-rays
- Operation of emergency monitoring systems
