Who We Are
Augusta Health Family Practice (formerly North Augusta Family Practice Center) provides an array of services serving the surrounding communities. Board Certified Family Practitioners, as well as support staff, make up the family of Augusta Family Practice Center. Provides on-site management of most cases.
Additional referrals for lab work, x-rays and specialists are made with Augusta Medical Center. Should hospitalization become necessary, your care will be coordinated and provided at Augusta Medical Center.
Wellness and Preventative Care for all age groups; Women's health care including pelvic and breast exams; physicals; EKG testing; Comprehensive laboratory services (at the center of AMC lab with satellite lab options); Acute illness care (sick visits usually seen same day); Minor emergencies (lacerations, sprains and strains); Immunizations (influenza vaccines, maintenance medications); Work-related injuries; Allergy and asthma care; Case Management (coordination with home health, hospice, etc.); Smoking Cessation
