Holston Family Health Center

Holston Family Health Center (Damascus) offers family health care for children, adolescents, adults, women's health, and geriatrics care. Also available are assistance in obtaining medicine, a limited range of x-ray services, patient education, behavioral counseling, and home visits. Behavioral health counseling is offered 3 days a week by a licensed professional counselor. The respiratory therapist is typically available one day per month.



A Community Health Center is a non-profit private corporation located in a medically underserved area to provide comprehensive primary health care to anyone seeking care. All community residents have equal access regardless of ability to pay, geographic locations/residence, culture, age, sex, or religion.
