Seaside Health Center at Atlantic Shores (Seaside) offers skilled nursing care, RN's, LPN's and CNA's in the 50-bed Medicare facility, as well as rehabilitation and therapy services. Seaside is open to individuals age 55 and older who need skilled nursing care. Professional staff are available around-the-clock to offer short-term care, as well as long-term care. Seaside is a Medicare-certified facility.
Seaside is open to individuals outside of Atlantic Shores as well as Atlantic Shores residents.
