Who We Are
Johnson Health Center is a primary care community health center that provides provide comprehensive health care for anyone in the Central Virginia region. Walk-ins and uninsured persons are welcome on an ability to pay plan.
Services include annual flu shots, cancer screening, adult and child care, chronic illness, diabetes care, geriatric care, immunizations, minor surgical procedures, minor trauma, pap smears, prescription assistance, prostate cancer screening, urgent care, weight loss and diet counseling and more. Other services include out-patient services, laboratory, x-ray, mental health - substance abuse, OB-Prenatal, and outreach services.
Patients who do are not covered by public or private insurance are charged on a sliding fee scale according to income. Patients may also be eligible for the reduced rate program or participate in the payment plan based on financial need.
