Who We Are

The Pittsylvania County Health Department offers community health workers and outreach coordinators who can educate and support the community's health and well-being.  The population health team is available to help with the following types of outreach:

  • Overview presentation of the Health Department and services we offer
  • Participation in community events & health fairs
  • Working with community coalitions
