Who We Are
UVA Primary Care Commonwealth Medical is comprised of primary care physicians, nurse practitioners, clinical and staff who offer preventive health care, internal medicine, geriatrics and pulmonary (diseases of lungs and respiratory tract) services.
Some services available are checkups, medical exams, immunizations, allergy care, chronic health problems, diabetes and heart disease management, nutrition counseling, gynecological exams and more.
