Family Medicine

Wythe Medical Associates provides family medical care. Services for the elderly include geriatric assessment, cognitive assessment, medication assessment, physical exam, nutritional and diet review, functional assessment, check for sensory impairment, evaluation of falls, osteoporosis evaluation, evaluation and management of incontinence, home care services, nurse practitioner or PA on staff, check for hearing impairment, check for vision impairment, check for depression, check for memory loss, check for anxiety. Minor surgery is performed in the office.

New patient and walk-in's welcome. Some early appointments are available upon request. 24/7 on-call service for emergencies.



Non-English languages spoken in the office are Korean and Tagalog/Filipino
