Charlottesville Family Medicine offers medical care for the entire family. Services can include asthma education, diabetes teaching, hypertension education, laboratory testing, immunizations, nutritional and weight loss counseling, osteoporosis education.



Senior Assessment includes geriatric, cognitive, ADL/IADL, functional and medication assessments and checks for vision and hearing loss, memory loss, depression, anxiety, elder abuse/domestic violence and evaluates for incontinence, osteoporosis, and fall risk.



Minor surgical procedures such as simple laceration repairs, removal of skin lesions, etc. can be performed in the office. Doctors have admitting privileges with Martha Jefferson Hospital.
