Who We Are
Colonial Behavioral Health (CBH) provides community based behavioral health, developmental disability, and substance use disorder services for individuals, couples and groups. Services include:
- counseling
- psychiatric evaluation
- psychological assessment
- case management
- competency evaluation
- dementia screenings and treatment
- Medicaid Waiver services
- veterans and military family services
- crisis interventions.
Pathways is a new program of Colonial Behavioral Health, specifically designed to meet the behavioral health needs of older adults.

Additional after hours appointments available. Crisis services are available 24 hours per day/365 days a year.

Call Central Access between the hours of 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
