Who We Are
Mercy House only serves verifiably homeless families with dependent children (under 18) in their custody. Each household is sheltered in an efficiency unit with a private kitchen and bathroom.
The goal at Mercy House is to assist each family to quickly find a permanent housing solution. Case management is provided to all clients to address any barriers or concerns that may delay/prevent a household from obtaining housing.
Applicants must call Centralized Housing Intake at 540-271-1701. If you have additional questions about a program, please call the office at 540-432-1812 during office hours.

Intake Process
Call Centralized Housing Intake (CI) 540-271-1701 for initial assessment. You must provide documented 3rd party verification of your homeless status.CI will make a referral to Mercy House once the application is complete. Interview with case worker.
