There are a number of accessible or modified units located on the first floor. The building entrances are wheelchair accessible. There are curb cuts and handicapped parking spaces. Shuttle services is available. There are income requirements.
Amenities include swimming pool with outdoor hot tub, business center, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis court, children's playground, car care center, complex on 34 acres of wooded land and pet friendly (restrictions and fees apply). Apartments features eat-in kitchens, washer/dryer, energy-efficient windows, stainless steel appliances and wood-burning fireplaces available in select homes.
