Who We Are
Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) is a national non-profit organization which offers a Co-Pay Relief (CPR) program. The program is a patient assistance program which provides direct financial assistance to qualified Americans, including those with Medicare Part D coverage, assisting them with prescription drug co-payments their insurance requires relative to their diagnosis.
Patients being treated for breast, lung, prostate, kidney, colon, pancreatic and/or head/neck cancers, malignant brain tumor, lymphoma, sarcoma, diabetes, multiple myeloma, selected autoimmune disorders and secondary issues as a result of chemotherapy treatment are eligible.
