Who We Are

The Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging (LCAAA) provides information about local transportation services that serve frail elderly and adults with disabilities and specific circumstances and needs. Transportation options include local and commuter bus service, fixed route paratransit, and on demand services. Services vary by location within the county. Referrals are also available for assisted transportation through Loudon Volunteer Caregivers.

Residents can contact Loudoun County Area Agency on Aging for more detailed program information or to request a referral for transportation assistance. Clients looking for wheelchair transportation will be referred to local transportation as needed.
