Who We Are
Mountain Crest offers one and two bedroom apartments for both singles and couples whose head of the household is at least 55 years and above and whose income falls at or below 60% of the area median income. Residents must be able to live independently. All units are ground level. There is a minimum and maximum income limit.
There are 2 ADA units. Call for pet policy. There are 28 units in the complex. Rent includes water, sewer and trash.
