The health center serves all ages. Services include family and internal medicine; women's health; family and adult medicine; physical exams for school, employment, and sports; disease screening; chronic disease management and education; pharmacy assistance, laboratory work, and more. 

If you have transportation difficulties, the center offers a Patient/Client Transportation program.  Please call at least five days prior to your appointment to schedule a van pick-up.  Service is available when the clinic is open.  Please visit the website or call for more information.
