The Hopewell Community Center provides daily van service in Hopewell City for older adults and people with disabilities. Transportation is only for Hopewell Residents
Daily van service is provided in the Hopewell City area. Service is offered Monday and Tuesdays 9:00 am – NOON, Wednesday - Friday from 10:30 am- NOON. This is a free service with a limit of 3 stops per day. All individuals using the service must call the Center by 12 p.m. to be returned home or to their final destination. A transportation form must be completed and on file before you can ride the van. Call 541-2353 for additional information.

Must be age 55 or older or have a mental, physical, or sensory disability. Must be a Hopewell City resident. Must have a personal attendant if assistance is needed. Must have a companion if rider is under age eighteen.

Reservations for transportation will be taken on a first come, first serve basis between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. All individuals using the service must call the Center by 12:30 p.m. to be returned home or to their final destination.
Intake Process
Complete and submit application available on the website. Once application is approved, rides are scheduled by telephone. Rides must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
