Who We Are
The Shenandoah House is a residence nestled in a tranquil, wooded area on the Augusta Health campus. It is designed for hospice patients who are no longer able to live at home without assistance or who have no suitable caregiver at home. It has a homelike atmosphere with four private bedrooms and bathrooms, gardens designed to stimulate the senses, greenery year-round, an inviting kitchen, family areas, a fireplace, a piano, and more. This house will offer a home away from home for an expected 85 to 100 hospice patients each year. The capacity is six residents.
