HealthWorks for Northern Virginia (formerly known as the Loudoun Community Health Center) is a nonprofit community health center that provides comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health services to anyone in need, regardless of age or ability to pay, whether they have insurance or not. Services are made affordable with discounted fees offered to those who qualify based on household income and family size.
The following services are available:
- Sick visits
- Health screening and wellness
- Chronic disease management (High blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, etc.)
- Minor injuries
- Minor office procedures
- Well-woman care/ Pap smears
- Dental (Including crowns, bridges, and dentures)
- Behavioral Health & Psychiatry
- Prescription assistance program
- Case management/outreach and referral services
Specialty care is provided through referral agreements and community partners.
