Who We Are
Saber Healthcare, Forest Health and Rehab provides skilled nursing services in a secure environment in which residents can maintain their dignity and live up to their full potential. Respite care may be available.
On staff is comprised of a licensed nursing home administrator, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses and certified nursing assistants.
Respite care may be provided if there is bed availability, to give the primary caregiver a much needed break. Please call for additional information.
