Clearr Vission Mental Health Support Skill Building Services (CVMHSB) services are based on a current assessment of the support, training and rehabilitation needs of the individual and are provided in any setting that allows the individual’s community living needs to be addressed. CVMHSB interventions provide training and support in: functional skills;
- out of home placement;
- displaying inappropriate behaviors;
- activities of daily living;
- use of community resources;
- medication management;
- nutrition;
- health and physical needs management.
