Who We Are
Summit Oaks has 50 units of two and three bedroom apartments for families. The number of accessible or modified units is 2. The accessible apartments are located on the first floor. The building entrances are wheelchair accessible. There are curb cuts, handicapped parking spaces, ramps with handrails, grab bars (shower/tub), wide doorways (greater than 32") and low cabinets, sinks, and countertops.
Public transportation is located in front of the building. Amenities include playground, sports courts, storage space, balcony/patio and semi-private entry.
