Medicare Savings Program

The administrative office of the Social Security Administration.  Medicare Savings Programs (MSP) help Medicare members with low income pay their Medicare premiums. If you qualify the programs may also help pay co-pays and deductibles.  There are 4 levels of Medicare Savings Programs and the level depends on the person's income, or the couple's income.

By calling 800-772-1213, you can use the automated telephone services to get recorded information and conduct some business 24 hours a day.  If you cannot handle your business through the automated services, you can speak to a Social Security representative between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.  If you are deaf or hard of hearing, call the toll-free TTY number, 800-325-0778.
