Martinsville Health and Rehab proides quality skilled nursing care in an environment that maximizes individuality. We are located in Martinsville, Virginia, less than three miles from Memorial Hospital of Martinsville. In addition to providing compassionate long term care, we also provide short term care for those who are recovering after surgery or a hospital stay. Also, because we understand how important it is to socialize, we provide a variety of onsite recreational and social activities, such as bingo, spiritual services and pet visits. Capacity is 142 residents.

Skilled nursing services are provided 24 hours a day by our professional and caring teams of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Rehabilitation Therapists, Certified Nursing Assistants, and many others.  Individualized care plans are designed to meet the specific nursing and rehabilitation needs of each patient.  Based on each individual’s unique needs, services may include:
