The Envoy at the Meadows is a 84 bed skilled nursing long term care facility offering hospice care. Services include dietary and nutrition, long and short term speech, physical, and occupational rehabilitation, post operative and acute care, and group social activities. The facility offers Alzheimer's and respite services in a home like atmosphere.
Hospice services are brought in by an outsourced provider.
