Sentara Home Care offers healthcare services in your home.  Skilled team of caregivers work in concert with individual physicians to coordinate different therapies for each patient.



Whether you need nursing care, rehabilitative services, medical equipment or respiratory services,  central intake specialists are trained to assist you. Services can include, but are not limited to, chronic disease management, medication education, infusion therapy, wound care and more.



Home care services can be requested by a patient, physician, friend or family member. You can be eligible for home care services regardless of prior hospitalization.
