Homeless Prevention, Financial Assistance with Rent

Shenandoah Alliance for Shelter provides a program to keep households in their home if an eviction notice has been issued or if there is an unlawful detainer.  It typically does not cover security deposits unless a household is forced to move due foreclosure of their rental unit or a similar event.  This program can only cover a maximum of 2 months back rent. 

Utilizes the 0-30% Income Limit as directed by HUD.
