Who We Are
Region Ten Community Services Board (RTCSB) offers Adult Rehabilitation Residential Services. This program provides supervised residential skills development for individuals with serious behavioral disorders who need structured training and supervision. This evidence based service operates using Psychiatric Rehabilitation Principles-USPRA and SAMHSA Principles of Recovery.
