The Virginia Beach Community Services Board's Child and Youth Behavioral Health (CYBH) Division enhances the lives of children, adolescents and their families. CYBH offers an array of services to assist children and adolescents who are experiencing emotional difficulties, behavior problems or substance use. The goal of most treatment plans is to help the child succeed while remaining in the family and in school. Services include:
- After School Therapeutic Day Treatment (ASTDT);
- Case Management;
- Youth Mobile Crisis Intervention;
- Intensive Care Coordination;
- Intensive Substance Abuse Group (ISAG);
- Outpatient Juvenile Sex Offender Treatment Program;
- Outpatient Psychiatry and Therapy Services;
- Office of Consumer and Family Affairs.
