Who We Are

DocTalker offers medical care to include primary care, urgent care, management of chronic conditions and well woman visits.  Medical practice specializes in house calls.  You can access DocTalker 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.   Phone and email services are available anytime.  Note: phone and email services are only for patients who have met with the medical team at least once in person.

Treatment is available for typical day to day medical issues (flu, ear infections, poison ivy); urgent care problems (raging fevers, sutures); well woman visits; and management of chronic conditions (diabetes,  high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc). House calls are available.  

For those patients needing handicapped access, please note our Maple Avenue offices have 8 steps which limits accessibility.  Contact the office for help, 703.938.4600, ext 2 or 4.

Intake Process
Register with DocTalker Family Medicine online or mailing form to the office. Call to set up an initial check up with medical team. Once you have had the initial conference, care by phone, email, video or in your home can be available. Responses to email may be answered within 12 hours.
Office visits are by appointment only; however same day appointments are offered.
