Seven Hills Hospice provides end of life care in the patient's home or home-like setting while maintaining their dignity and rights.

Seven Hills Hospice serves our community by utilizing a comprehensive approach to end-of-life care. We are committed to providing a life-affirming concept with compassion towards our patients' goals, as well as extending our hearts to families and caregivers while crossing the bridge during the final transition of life's journey.

We offer bereavement support care, we have 24/7 on-call service and we are Medicare and Medicaid certified.
