AT Home Care focuses on bringing compassion, respect, and dignity to those facing a life-limiting illness. Their goal is to maximize the quality of life of an individual with a serious illness, in the comfort of their own home.

Hospice care can also be provided in an assisted living facility, a hospital or long term care unit.  AT Home Care understands that the needs of a family continue after the death of a loved one and that grief has no time table.  They follow up with family members to see how they are coping.  A grief counselor is available to provide individual support.

Hospice care is covered in part by Medicare, Medicaid, and some private insurance companies and some veterans and state-funded programs. They can help you evaluate your coverage resources.
