Sentara Martha Jefferson Internal Medicine provides the diagnosis and management of medical diseases of adults and the provision of general health care for all teenage and adult family members.

Some specific areas include cancer screening, cholesterol evaluation, osteoporosis evaluation, hypertension treatment and diabetes evaluation and treatment. Education is offered about preventative health care programs, including weight control and immunizations.
