Child and Adolescent TIME (Teaching, Inspiring, Mentoring and Empowering)

Western Tidewater Community Services Board (WTCSB) offers the Teaching Inspiring Mentoring and Empowering (TIME) program for children and adolescents between the ages of eight and 18. TIME provides supportive mentoring services, helps develop improved self-esteem and teaches practical goal setting. Children and adolescents are guided to make positive life choices, develop enhanced social skills and learn to cultivate healthy relationships. Individuals showing deficits in these areas, who do not have adequate supportive relationships, who lack caregiver bonding or who do not have age-appropriate independence skills benefit from the TIME program.
