Who We Are
Thrive Virginia offers homeless solutions. Homelessness prevention encompasses financial assistance and supportive services that address both the root causes and immediate triggers for homeless services.
Diversion is a strategy that prevents homelessness for households seeking shelter by helping to identify immediate alternate arrangements and if necessary, connecting individuals with services and financial assistance to help them secure more permanent housing.
Case management services include meeting with a case manager to start housing stabilization planning, after being assessed and deemed appropriate for diversion.
