Who We Are
Norfolk Urban Outreach Ministry (NUOM) provides a discretionary fund (financial assistance) to eligible individuals, as long as funds are available. Each request is on a case by case basis.
Assistance may be for transportation or medical transportation for children. Other assistance may be for prescriptions, medical care and housing,.
This program is used to provide for needs that other programs may not support. This program may be able to supplement resources from churches or other organizations.
