NOVA Scripts Central is a clinic made to help underserved communities access quality healthcare and medication. Their programs include:
- Educate Before You Medicate (EBYM): The multilingual team develops culturally competent focused health education content to engage children, adults, and seniors.
- Medication Access: This program provides medications to manage chronic illnesses for patients at one our their 16 partner safety-net clinics in Northern Virginia and 300% below the federal poverty level.
- NOVA Scripts Compass: The Compass is a free tool to help connect those in need to community resources anywhere in the country.
- Medications SOS: This program helps medical providers navigate prescription drug coverage for Medicaid and find alternative medications if a medication is not covered.
- MedHelp: The MedHelp program helps individuals identify safe and affordable options to get their medications.
- PAVE Immunizations: A collaboration between Mason & Partners Clinic (MAP Clinic), and Fairfax County Public School System to provide free immunizations to help meet the school-based entry requirements for children K-12th grade.

You must be uninsured. They serve patients with Medicare as long as they are not covered by Medicare part D. They only accept applications from patients that belong to one of their partner clinics.
