A Perfect Home, LLC is a co-ed residential group home that accepts Community Living Waivers, along with individuals who have a Developmental Disability (DD) Diagnosis. They support care 24 hours per 7 days a week.
A Perfect Home, LLC complies with all policies and procedures set forth by Medicaid Home and Community Based Services (HCBS), Human Rights, Licensing, and any other State and Federal laws.
