Family Planning and Health Information

The New Kent County Health Department offers a Family Planning clinic. Services include a physical exam, a pap smear, a check for sexually transmitted diseases, a discussion of birth control, treatment of minor vaginal disorders, and the contraceptive method of choice. Services are available by sliding fee scale.

A maternity clinic is also offered and operates on a sliding fee scale. The number of visits per month will vary as the pregnancy progresses.
