Who We Are
Caliber Optima Care Services provides residential housing to individuals to promote and assist in independence and self sufficiency. Male and female individuals are welcome in the home with 24 hour care. The agency is licensed through the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) to offer sponsored residential services to individuals 18 to 90+ with a diagnosis of intellectual disabilities, mental illness, and/or other developmental disabilities. Caliber Optima Care is composed of competent, skilled, courteous, and respectful families and staff.
