Neighborhood Health, Merrifield Center

Neighborhood Health (formerly Community Health Care Network (CHCN)) at Merrifield Center is a community health center serving the city of Alexandria and the counties of Arlington and Fairfax.  Primary care is provided for the whole family. Our model of care is both comprehensive and integrated and includes not only medical care but also behavioral health, dental care, medication assistance, labs, case management, and referral to community resources – all in one setting.  

Interpreter services are available. Neighborhood Health @ Merrifield Center is served by MetroBus routs 1A, 1C and 1Z and Fairfax Connector routes 401 and 402.
