The Mount Rogers Industrial and Developmental Center (IDC) provides work services and personal growth for persons with disabilities, through the provision of the following programs: Short-term programs include Work Adjustment, Situational Assessments and Supported Employment. Long-term services are provided in the Extended Employment, Work Readiness, Day Support and Prevocational programs. The IDC's are located in Atkins, Wytheville and Hillsville, Virginia.
Participants for employment must be 25 years of age or older.
