The CVFP Piedmont Office provides the following services for a family.

  • Medical Care for Infants, Children and Adolescents
  • Medical Care for Adults and Senior Citizens

  • Routine physical exams such as sports, camp, DOT and adoption physicals
  • Counseling for a variety of health concerns

  • Diagnostic services such as lab, x-ray, echocardiogram, vascular and diagnostic ultrasound
  • Bone density testing
  • Vasectomy
  • Diabetic Education
  • Weight management and Wellness Counseling
