The National Center for Injury Prevention and Control (NCIPC) is an organization of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The mission of NCIPC is to prevent injuries and violence and reduce their consequences. The NCIPC works to reduce morbidity, disability, mortality, and costs associated with injuries.
