Who We Are
Bay Aging owns and manages eight apartment complexes to provide seniors with healthy, independent living. Transportation is available through Bay Transit at each property.
Single bedroom apartments are available for those 62 years and older whose annual gross income does not exceed 50% of the area median income (AMI). The 50% AMI limit applies to the county and/or metropolitan statistical area (MSA) where the respective housing property is located.
Funded by HUD Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly Program.
