Neighborhood Housing Rehabilitation Program, Home Repair

Prince William County Office of Housing and Community Development administers the Neighborhood Housing Rehabilitation Program in Prince William, Manassas, and Manassas Park. Services to eligible households include installation of indoor plumbing, repair and/or replacement of roof; accessibility improvements (Wheelchair ramps, kitchens, baths); energy improvements (heating systems, doors, windows, insulation; and foundation corrections.

Call for information about the Neighborhood Housing Rehabilitation program and Manassas City Home Repair.  Financial assistance may be available to owner-occupied residents to correct health and safety issues as well as to increase energy efficiency.  Households with incomes below or at 50% of area median income receive priority.
