Public Housing, Low Cost Housing

Richmond Redevelopment and Housing Authority offers housing assistance for very low and low-income individuals, families, seniors and persons with disabilities.  Accessible by bus, curb ramp for parking lot, and entrance ramp available.



Population Served: Very Low- and Low-Income. The rules and regulations for the Section 8 housing program are determined by the U.S. Department of HUD. This program is a three-way partnership among the Housing agency, the tenant and the owner or landlord of the housing unit.
