Who We Are
CareFree Home Health and Companions provide home health care and skilled nursing care. Services can include wound care, catheter care, assessments, teaching, medications management, lab work, flu shots. Also private duty Nursing Assistants, RNs and LPNs are available to work around the clock. Skilled Nursing care is provided on an hourly basis.
Private duty licensed nurses (LPS's and RN's) provide ventilator care, tracheostomy care, tube feeding, and medication management. Alzheimer's and dementia care can be provided.
